Ms. Cathy Judd-Stein is an adjunct faculty member in the public affairs program teaching a weekend workshop on ethics and the Massachusetts state conflict of interest law.
She also serves as the assistant director of Policy and Special Counsel at the Massachusetts Lottery. Prior to her current position, she was a court improvement program training specialist at Supreme Judicial Court, deputy legal counsel specializing in health and human services and ethics for Massachusetts Governors Cellucci, Swift, and Romney, and for Governor Patrick during his transition period after his election. She was also the executive director of the Judicial Nominating Commission, also in the Governor’s Office.
