Business Operations

The Business Operations Office at the University of Massachusetts Boston's Division of Athletics, Recreation, Special Programs and Projects provides the highest quality service and support for all budgetary and day to day operations for the division. Following all university policies, the Athletics business office coordinates the preparation of the division's annual operating budget and serves as support for daily financial operations for all trust funds, development funds, and grants to include all procurement, travel expenses, and disbursements.

To comply with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act, the office completes and files the annual gender equity report. Also annually, the Business Operations Office completes and submits to the NCAA the fiscal year-end financial report, a requirement for membership.

Facility license agreements for public and private use of all Clark Athletic Center indoor and outdoor facilities are also handled within the Athletics Business Office. Interested parties should contact office staff.  To request space please click here.

We are committed to providing timely and accurate data that can be used in making fiscally sound decisions that will assist the department, the campus, and the university's goal of becoming a leading research institution of higher education.

Our Business Operations team looks forward to assisting you through each step of any of the myriad financial processes. Please contact any one of the staff if you have questions or need assistance.
