Class Descriptions

Total Body Conditioning: An entire body circuit using interval, strength, and cardio-style exercise

Stretch & Strengthen: A combination of low impact yoga stretching and Pilates strengthening routines 

ZUMBA®: An exhilarating, easy-to-follow, Latin inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™

Tai Chi: For OLLI program participants only

Yoga Foundations: In Yoga Foundations you will learn the basics of sun salutations, foundation yoga postures and shapes, and the importance of connecting with the breath. Although this class is geared toward beginners with little or no prior yoga experience, those with some experience can benefit from revisiting essential alignment, flow, and breath-work principles. After we establish the basic postures of a flow, we will flow through them, linking breath-to-movement to build heat and sweat out the stresses of the day. Watch as you refine your techniques throughout the semester.  

All Levels Yoga: Exercises mind and body through traditional Vinyāsa flow techniques

Restorative Yoga: This class combines seated meditation, breath work, and slow flowing postures to connect mind, body, and spirit

Cardio Kung Fu: Fast paced cardio workout incorporating kicks and punches that will kick start the metabolism and build power and strength
