Group Fitness


Use this guide to learn how to register for a class or cancel your reservation. Instructors are trained to give exercise modifications so that beginners and regular exercisers are challenged appropriately.


Indoor Cycling

Power Yoga

  • Description: A one-hour power yoga routine expect some sweating, breath work, and moving through our yoga flow. Connecting to our breath and body through strength and awareness. A judgement free space where you can challenge yourself, all levels welcome.

Open-level Vinyasa flow Yoga

  • Instructor: Izzy
  • Description: Both novice and veteran yogi’s are welcome to this medium-paced open-level Vinyasa Flow that connects each movement to the breath to fully immerse yourself into your yoga practice. This flow changes every day, catering to the participants and is meant to be playful, challenging, and leave you floating on cloud nine.
