What is the Talent Network?

It is an innovative tool created for talented professionals of color to increase their visibility with Massachusetts organizations. The tool gives companies access to a community of diverse people looking to engage in professional opportunities including board and commission appointments, career advancement, mentoring relationships, speaking engagements, and more.

Uploading a profile is simple and takes just a couple of minutes. If you have a LinkedIn profile, you will be able to migrate your profile information in just a few mouse clicks. You will be able to see a list of companies who have taken the pledge and are signers of Commonwealth Compact. These signers comprise more than 240 employers that represent more than 280,000 members of the Massachusetts workforce.

You will also be able to access a list of diversity practitioners under a feature called "Diversity Clearinghouse."

What geographic area is covered by this tool?

All of Massachusetts. It is not intended for use outside of Massachusetts at this time.

What specific Talent are we targeting?

We are targeting professionals of color who are seeking professional opportunities in Massachusetts. They do not have to be from Massachusetts, but be interested in coming here for the opportunity.
