This course is for learners with little or no background in Mandarin. It will help students to gain an understanding of Mandarin with emphasis on:

This course is for learners who have some background in Chinese coursework. It will help students to understand Chinese speaking and reading beyond the basic level, with emphasis on:

Learning Chinese by Playing Chinese Chess/Mahjong

Both Chinese Chess and Mahjong are very popular board games. This course is for students who want to learn the rules of playing Chinese Chess or Mahjong. Students will also learn the basic phrases in Chinese while practicing playing with the teacher.

Business Chinese

This course could be arranged upon request. It will be able to meet learners’ specific needs in business-related occasions. It will help students to learn business vocabulary, phrases and express appropriately in daily life and workplace; to become familiar with business etiquette, culture, and taboos in a Chinese business environment.

Preparation for HSK Test

This course could be arranged upon request. It will be tailored for student(s) to prepare for a certain level of HSK test. The teacher will help student(s) become familiar with the test and practice sample test papers. 

Private Tutoring

Private tutoring at all levels could be arranged upon request.
