Peter McPhee, a center affiliate, specializes in policy and technical solutions to the development of sustainable infrastructure, specifically energy efficiency and renewable energy. He is a senior engineer for an international energy consulting company, where he specializes in wind energy development. Previously, he has served as the codirector of the Baltimore Chapter of the Chesapeake Climate Action Network and as an advisor to the Hopkins Energy Action Team. He is currently an associate of InterIntel, where he is involved in rural electrification and sustainable biofuel production in Haiti as well as an energy efficiency education program in Massachusetts. McPhee holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
