About Us

The Financial Services Forum is a source of current information and commentary on the health and critical issues facing the financial services industry in Boston and nationally.  Founded in the early 2000s, the Forum received national attention when it presented its findings on the state of the financial services industry in Massachusetts at the Boston Stock Exchange and its white paper on the mutual fund industry at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.  The Forum has prepared several influential reports including ones on the hedge fund industry in Massachusetts, the casino debate in Massachusetts and projections on housing prices in New England.  It has its own Working Paper Series, reports monthly a Market Investor Sentiment Index and organizes an active seminar series in which it invites influential speakers from the local financial services industry.
