Compensation and Classification

The Staffing and Compensation Unit oversees and manages campus recruitment, as well as salary administration and classification programs for benefited and non-benefited employees to ensure compliance and consistency with federal, state, and university policies and guidelines, as well as campus-wide collective bargaining agreements. The unit also works closely with the Office of Diversity and Inclusion to ensure that all hiring policies are adhered to.
