Occasionally when installing MS Office patches and updates, you may be prompted to insert your MS Office CD into your computer.  If that happens, you should contact IT Service Desk  at 617-287-5220, or send an email to ITservicedesk@umb.edu, or visit the IT Service Desk on the 3rd of the Healey Library for further instructions.

MS Office CD software is available through the network and you do not need to have a CD in hand.  The HelpDesk will instruct you how to access the network copy instead.
