The steps listed below will allow you to delete your browser's stored data, called "cookies" and "cache". This is helpful to troubleshoot problems you may experience. If you have any questions about these instructions, you can Get Help from IT.
Chrome
- Click the Menu button (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) then More Tools, then Clear browsing data.
- On the Clear browsing data window, select All Time from the Time range selector.
- Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, and then click Clear data.
Firefox
- Click the Menu button (3 lines icon on top right corner of the browser) and select Settings
- Click Privacy & Security, scroll to Cookies and Site Data, and then click Clear Data.
- Select both Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content, and then click Clear.
- A confirmation box will appear. Click Clear Now to proceed.
Microsoft Edge
- Click the Menu button (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) then Settings, then Privacy & services.
- Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
- Select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data" check box and then select Clear.
Safari - MacOS
- Click on Safari from the menu bar in the top left corner and select Preferences.
- Click the Privacy tab and select Manage Website Data.
- Select a website that is listed, then click Remove. To remove all website data from Safari, click Remove All.
Safari - iPad / iPhone
- Go to the Settings app and tap Safari.
- Tap Clear History and Website Data.
