Desktop Support

Description

Provides Tier 2 support (via phone, email, on-site, and remote access) for tickets escalated from the IT Service Desk Tier 1 support. 

Support areas include, but not limited to:

  • Operating systems (Windows or Macintosh)
  • Mobile devices (Blackberry, iPhone, iPad)
  • Virus / spyware detection and removal
  • Network jack activation / deactivation
