Description

Provide technical support on university-owned mobile devices (Blackberry, iPhone, iPad). 

New phone installations and configurations. 

Technical support on common issues such as, but not limited to:

  • screen frozen
  • can't send or receive email
  • won't synchronize
  • backlight
  • screen delay problems
