Password Changes

Description

The IT Service Desk can assist faculty, staff, and students with passwords for UMB email, WISER, Blackboard, wireless networking, and other services that utilize our single signon authentication (Active Directory/email username and password).

This service is available during working hours and via phone or walk-in only. No passwords can be reset by email.
