Description

Thie service is known as "Need CD Program".  It provides a way for faculty / staff to purchase popular software from IT.  The client can also choose to borrow the software for 2 business days.

Monitor the NeedCD email account for inquiries, handle money transactions, deliver application media (CD / DVD) to the client.
