  • Manage vendors/suppliers of critical campus hardware, software, and support contracts and purchasing
  • Annually review and renew contracts for maintenance, upgrades, and services
  • Maintain software, support, and hardware at current levels to keep pace with current revisions, patches, updates, and service levels
