Stay Calm and Communicate On | April 23, 2018 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm @ Seaport Boston Hotel
When stress hits, the physical, mental and emotional patterns that emerge can hinder effective communication. There is a simple way to manage your thoughts, feelings and energy for peak performance, so that you can say and do what’s important when it matters most. In this class, learn innovative secrets to successfully communicate in the most challenging circumstances. Facilitated by Rachel Rice, MBA, Five Rhythms Consulting.
Take as many or as few classes as you like. Those who complete all four will receive an Effective Communication certificate of completion and be invited to a graduation ceremony in June. Program fee is $250 / workshop. The fee includes breakfast, lunch and instructor materials.
