Undergraduate Advising
When you declare a major, you will be assigned a faculty advisor whose interests and expertise are closely aligned with your own. You should meet with your department advisor at least once a semester during pre-registration to go over your plans for the next term and to remove the advising hold. Your advisor will help you select courses that best meet your interests and your career goals. Your advisor is one of many potential faculty resources for you to count on, not just for planning your undergraduate career but also for discussing your post-graduation goals.
