New Student Investiture Ceremony

The New Student Investiture Ceremony occurs each fall semester as a way to welcome UMass Boston's newest class of incoming students. The event includes a featured speaker, food, prizes and more! We are currently working on selecting our speaker for the Fall 2015 Investiture Ceremony as we prepare to welcome the Class of 2019. More details on the event will be announced in the coming months!


Tau Sigma National Transfer Honor Society

To recognize and celebrate an ever increasing number of high achieving transfer students, the Honors College and New Student Programs is proud to provide extraordinary students an opportunity to join UMass Boston's Epsilon Sigma chapter of Tau Sigma. Tau Sigma’s mission is to “recognize and promote the academic excellence and involvement of transfer students.”
