In order to become an FLI Peer Mentor you need to complete this application and
April 6th and 7th from 9 am – 4 pm are individual interviews. Each interview is 20 minutes. Please enter three 20 minute times slots during those two days.
Please list the name of the person filling out your recommendation letter. Make sure your recommender agrees to serve as a recommender before listing their name.
