The University of Massachusetts Boston invites students, staff, faculty, and the community to the official reopening of the Clark Center Gymnasium on Tuesday, February 5, at 5:30 p.m.

The gym closed in March for renovations. The 3,000-person fully accessible facility now has a new maple hardwood floor that provides student-athletes with better shock absorption. The renovated gym also features upgraded bleachers and entryways, along with specialty lighting and audiovisual systems.

The reopening festivities include free food and T-shirts and a basketball doubleheader. The women take on the University of Southern Maine at 5:30 p.m.; the men follow at 7:30 p.m.
