Starting tomorrow, November 29, all pedestrians using Mt. Vernon Street will need to enter or exit campus through the Clark Athletic Center while construction is underway on the residence hall site.

The roadway and sidewalk connecting to Mt. Vernon Street will shift toward the Peninsula apartments. Pedestrians will be directed into the Clark Athletic Center and will access all campus buildings by the staircase or elevator to the plaza levels.

All pedestrians coming from Lot D will continue to use the existing temporary pathway through the Clark Lot. A new crosswalk will be installed.

Also, later this week the Clark Parking Lot will revert back to its original access with gates for drivers with UMass Boston parking passes.
