Indian Country Today featured an article about Ramona Peters's recent visit to UMass Boston. Her talk was the keynote lecture in Professor Den Ouden's Women's and Gender Studies 270, a co-taught undergraduate course about Indigenous women's leadership, and was sponsored by the Women's and Gender Studies Department, the Native American & Indigenous Studies Program, the Institute for New England Native American Studies, the Environmental Studies Program, and the School for the Environment.
