2013 Open House Set for October 19
Following a record-setting attendance last year, the University of Massachusetts Boston will once again open its doors to prospective students and their families.
“Open House is a wonderful opportunity to get information about academic programs, clubs, and other opportunities available to our students,” said Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management Lisa Johnson.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet faculty, staff, and current students; tour the campus; and find out about housing options.
Next month, UMass Boston will showcase its graduate program offerings at the annual Graduate Studies Showcase. The showcase runs from 4 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 13.
Last year 2,881 people came to Open House, up from 2,700 in 2011.
