Roundtable & Reception for “From Wounded Knee to Present”

On April 19, the Native American & Indigenous Studies program, Institute for New England Native American Studies, and the Harbor Gallery, are hosting a roundtable with the artists for the exhibit "From Wounded Knee to Present: American Indian Art & Sovereignty." Beginning at 4 p.m. and held on the 11th floor of Healey Library, the roundtable will feature a discussion with Owen Luck, Micah McCarty (Makah), and Robert Peters (Wampanoag), the three artists whose pieces are currently exhibit in the gallery. When the roundtable concludes around 5:30, we will adjourn to the Harbor Gallery for a reception and vieiwing of the exhibit. This event is open to the public and university community.
