Circle Time Meditation
Circle Time Meditation includes light music, breathing, and light stretching. Meditation is a mind and body practice that can help you more effectively manage the inevitable stress of a demanding life. There are many types of meditation, most of which originated in ancient religious and spiritual traditions. Some forms of meditation instruct the practitioner to become mindful of thoughts, feelings, and sensations and to observe them in a nonjudgmental way. A recent study found that one type of meditation helped college students decrease psychological distress and increase coping ability.
