The Mexico Solidarity Network presents:

Clearing the Path: Resisting Repression and Building Solidarity

On Thursday, Feb. 21, from 2–4 p.m., in the Campus Center (room 2540) Claudia Torres will speak on the successes and obstacles of the Network against Repression and for Solidarity. Claudia has been a human rights defender and organizer for decades, coordinating solidarity with Zapatista communities in Chiapas and working with women to resist gendered violence and promote women's health, education, and dignity. The event is in Spanish with an interpreter.
