About Us

Talented U is a community of professional class members who have organized to highlight the creative talents of staff at UMass Boston. Recognizing that we have many talented members in all aspects of the creative arts—visual, performing, written, etc.—this group provides a forum to bring members into contact with one another. For more information, email Bernadette Levasseur (Bernadette.Levasseur@umb.edu).

We are seeking to:

  • establish a network of like-minded staff
  • provide an opportunity for recognition
  • provide, when possible, a promotional opportunity where staff talents could be showcased in such a way as to encourage commissions, sale of existing work, hiring to perform, etc.

For disability-related accommodations, including dietary accommodations, please visit www.ada.umb.edu two weeks prior to the event.
