Annawon Weeden, a member of the Mashpee Wampanoag tribe (Massachusetts), brings traditional dance, song, and storytelling to the Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnologyon May 18. The Institute for New England Native American Studies invites you to come to this event, join in Eastern social dance songs from the New England area celebrating Eastern Woodland culture, and make corn husk “action figures.“
