She’ll also talk about how to manage rebels so that they’re able to help your organization grow.

The Online Learning Series is made available through the UMass Boston Center for Collaborative Leadership. This year, the series will introduce you to six authors who have written books across a variety of leadership topics, such as building high functioning teams, to engaging those rebels in your workplace, to reflection on who you are (and where you’re headed) as a leader. These interactive sessions will allow you to dive a bit more deeply into the topic with the expert who has written about it. Check out the series and click the links to register!
