Koru Mindfulness End of Semester Retreat

This 2-hour retreat is an opportunity to learn some mindfulness skills which can help you to manage your stress, particularly around this very demanding time of year. 

This is a one session introduction to Koru Mindfulness and is open to all UMass Boston students, faculty, and staff, including those who have completed the Koru Basic 4-week class.  

Students who have not yet participated in the 4-week program are welcome to attend, and you can still register for a spring 2018 class.
