Life in the Arts after UMass

Visiting Artist Lectures February 15 and 16!

Yasmeen Abdallah will speak on her work on Wednesday, February 15 from 12:15 to 1 p.m. in the Sculpture Studio, located in University Hall on the 4th Floor, Room 4410 and on Thursday, February 16 from noon to 1 in the Printmaking Studio, located in University Hall on the 4th Floor, Room 4340. Abdallah's artistic practice functions as a form of visual anthropology, focusing on the exploration of the human experience. She believes visual language has the power and potential to operate as a method of communication that unifies people beyond geographic, cultural, linguistic, and ideological divides.

Charlie Crowell will speak about his work on Wednesday, February 15 from 1:30 to 2:15 p.m. in the Sculpture Studio, University Hall, 4th Floor, Room 4410.
