Unconscious bias, stereotyping, diverse communication styles all have an impact on inclusive communication. Communicating effectively across gender, cultural, and style lines is extremely important for innovation, collaboration, employee engagement, and ultimately retention. In this one day master class, you will examine the barriers and challenges to effective communication across cultures, genders, and styles. Facilitated by Su Joun, MBA, Diversity@Workplace Consulting Group.

This offering is from the Center for Collaborative Leadership's Master Class Series. If you only have a day for leadership development, the Master Class Series will deliver skills to address current pressing business needs using our unique collaborative platform. This year's focus is on effective communication. Join us to learn how to communicate effectively to enhance your impact in the workplace. Take as many or as few classes as you like. Those who complete all four will receive an Effective Communication certificate of completion and be invited to a graduation ceremony in June. Program fee is $250 / class. The fee includes breakfast, lunch and instructor materials. The class runs from 9 am to 3 pm.

Our thanks to the Seaport Hotel for hosting the series.
