Mindful Mondays Series: Coaching for Health & Well-being
Jessica Zhang, RN, BSN, Transitions Lifestyle Coach, has extensive clinical experiences in the field of weight management, healthy eating, disease prevention and general nutritional consultation. Her practice includes clients from all over the U.S. and from as far as Europe and Asia.
Zhang will share some practical information and tips about how to manage your health, maintain a healthy diet, and achieve and maintain your healthy weight. She will also speak to the over-nourishment in some nutritional elements and under-nourishment in others in our general population.
