Join the UMB Sex Talk folks for a series of fun and educational conversations covering a number of different topics pertaining to sex and emotional wellness.

All talks are at 1 p.m. in the Point Lounge on the third floor of the Campus Center!

October 12 (Thur) Sex Talk: Communication & Relationships
Let’s talk - for real! Let’s talk about the importance of communication in relationships (friendships, sexual, and otherwise), and how it is the foundation of success.

October 19 (Thur) Emotional Wellness Talk: Managing Stress
College can be stressful; life can be stressful. Find out how to manage these stressors and learn some mindfulness skills you can try out on your own.

October 25 (Wed) Sex Talk: From Abstinence to Polyamory
Sexuality is fluid. We’ll talk about the various ways sex drive can appear in a person and how these sex drives function in different types of relationships.

November 9 (Thur) Emotional Wellness Talk: Social Media & Digital Wellness
As our lives become increasingly reliant on digital technology, we must adapt new ways of taking care of our wellness. Get tips and strategies for dealing with online time.

November 15 (Wed) Sex Talk: Sex Toy Demo *
(Note: This talk takes place on the second floor plaza of the Campus Center - outside the elevator)
Join our friends from Good Vibrations for a fun and informational workshop on all things sex toys and lubricants.

November 30 (Thur) Sex Talk: Reproductive Health
Join Professor Teri Aronowitz for a discussion on the human reproductive system and how to take care of our bodies when being sexually active.

December 6 (Wed) Emotional Wellness Talk: Coping & Balance during Finals
Finals week can be a difficult time of the year. Get some helpful tips and tricks to take care of yourself and perform at your peak.
