StatNet Meeting on Performance Management for Departments of Public Works

Thursday, December 13, 2012 10 a.m.—3 p.m.

StatNet is a network of municipal officials using CitiStat or other data-driven performance management approaches. The group gathers three times per year for in-depth discussion of municipal governance and works on other collaborative efforts.

RSVP: Participants should complete and return this survey by Monday, December 3 to our StatNet Coordinator:

Agenda: The StatNet analysts will create a presentation to be discussed at the meeting based on the data submitted. Topics might include: work order systems, building maintenance, fleet maintenance, water, parks/cemeteries/lawn mowing, snow removal, outsourcing, and solid waste/recycling.

    MA Pike W to exit 10 (Auburn/Worcester)
    Follow signs to Rte 12 S
    Follow Rte 12 S until it becomes US-20 W
    Follow US-20 W for 5.4 miles
    Turn left at the lights at CVS onto North Main St.
    The library is .8 miles on the right
    Parking is behind the library

From the West:
    MA Pike E to exit 9 (Sturbridge)
    Merge onto US-20 E via exit 3A towards Charlton
    Stay on US-20 E for 7 miles
    Take a right at the lights at McDonald's onto Masonic Home Rd.
    Turn right onto Main St. at the stop sign
    The library is less than ½ mile on the right
    Parking is behind the library
