UMass Boston Performing Arts presents The Beatles Lunchtime Lecture Series, beginning on March 20 with "The Beatles: Yesterday and Today" with Reebee Garafalo, Professor Emeritus of Community Media and Technology, UMass Boston.

Dr. Garafalo, who taught at UMass Boston for 33 years, will return to discuss where the Beatles started, how they grew, and their impact and lasting contributions to popular music.

Free and open to all! Lectures will take place in the Professor Emeritus Nicholas E. Tawa Music Classroom (Y01-1290) in University Hall. These talks are geared for a general audience and will conclude within an hour. For more information, contact Josef Hanson at
