Wellness Wednesdays: Maum Meditation

Wellness Wednesday Series

Maum Meditation is a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to improving lives. The seven levels of Maum Meditation are highly effective for people who want to transform their lives. Magie Conboy, director of the Boston Maum Meditation Center, will provide an overview of Maum Meditation and how the practice can help to eliminate pain, stress, burden, loneliness, fear, and resentments, and to find true meaning and purpose, fulfillment, ultimate happiness, and peace.
