FMLA to Employment Transition with accommodations for employees

The workshop will explain the difference between FMLA and ADAAA; returning from FMLA with restrictions; the request for reasonable accommodations to reduce the restrictions; documentation guidelines; the interactive process between employee, ADA Compliance Officer, and supervisor in determining reasonable accommodations for the job; and the accommodation letter.
