Qigong Practice Group
Qigong Special Interest Group SIG originally started for those who attended a Qigong class to help them keep up their practice of qigong. However, anyone interested in learning qigong is welcome to join us.
Qigong is a simple and effective ancient Chinese exercise designed to promote health, wellness, and longevity. It integrates mind, breath, postures and gentle movement and meditation to bring your body back into balance and increase your vitality.
