Professor Jan Mutchler is a Fellow of the Gerontological Society of America (Behavioral and Social Sciences Section) and serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Aging & Social Policy and Research on Aging.
Professor Mutchler currently serves as principal investigator on grants in support of work on financial security in later life, including the Elder Index, grants and contracts for work on age-friendly communities, and funding in support of related topics
