The VDC's new 18,000 square-foot plug-and-play facility designed by award-winning Sasaki offers a range of workspace options to meet the needs of start-up and growing ventures. You can adjust your space as your requirements change.

All options feature the savings of no long-term lease, and no need to build out infrastructure or buy furnishings or equipment – just professional ready-to-use workspace available on a month to month basis.

If you are just getting started, you may only need a professional location for occasional business meetings. You'll enjoy the convenience without the cost of everyday use. When you are ready to make a full time commitment, you may choose your own desk in our coworkspace. Its a very cost effective way to benefit from the full services of the VDC. There are plenty of meeting areas for private conversation. Or you may choose your own 100 square-foot private office. Add another person to your office at any time at no additional cost.

A larger technical team is easily served in one of the 400 square-foot dry or wet labs. They accommodate four to eight persons. You can double your space as your requirements change, since the labs are configurable into suites.

Whatever option meets your needs, you’ll benefit from the opportunity to share ideas, build contacts and develop your venture in our start- up community. All of the options are backed up by professional support services and state-of-the-art infrastructure.
