Information Technology Services provides a range of well-equipped facilities and hardware resources to support your learning, research and collaborative pursuits at UMass Boston

IT Service Desk (ITSD) supports and administers university-owned desktop and laptop equipment, including printers.

Repairs

We are certified to repair Dell, Apple computers, and HP printers.

Discounts

UMass Boston offers students discounts on a wide range of computers, laptops, and other electronics through the UMass Dell Student Discounts program.

For those who want to purchase popular software applications, we offer a software distribution program for faculty and staff with some limited availability for students.
