  • Kindness Rocks (Beacon Wellness)

In honor of World Kindness Day, take a mindful moment to create and share kindness. Paint a rock with words of hope, compassion, or encouragement, then gift it to someone special or leave it somewhere on campus to brighten a stranger’s day. Every small act of kindness can ripple through our community and remind us that we all matter.
