Biography
Charles Wibiralske has a rich career history. He is currently a Lecturer in the Management Department in the College of Management, where he teaches business strategy courses to undergraduate and master's degree students. In addition, he is the Course Coordinator of Beacon To Business, an introduction to Business, first-year seminar course.
Area of Expertise
My teaching philosophy centers on fostering a dynamic learning environment where students acquire knowledge and develop the critical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary for success in a rapidly evolving business world. I believe in cultivating a growth mindset within my students, encouraging them to embrace challenges and view setbacks as opportunities for learning.

Additional Information
Before teaching in the College of Management, Charles worked in the University’s College of Science and Mathematics where he taught Quantitative Reasoning, Algebra, and Statistics in the Mathematics Department. He was a course coordinator of the Quantitative Reasoning Course.
Charles has also taught at Roxbury Community College, Wheelock College, and the Wentworth Institute of Technology.
For approximately twenty years before his teaching career, Charles worked in Community Development for organizations including the MassHousing Finance Agency, Urban Edge Community Development Organization, the Greater Lowell Community Foundation and the Episcopal City Mission of the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts.
He began his career in New York City and was employed by Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, and the Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co.
