
Chiquita Baylor
Biography
Dr. Chiquita Baylor serves as the Assistant Dean of Students for Campus Involvement. She oversees four functional areas and a team of professional and student staff dedicated to creating a vibrant, inclusive campus life. With over 15 years of experience in student affairs, she leads strategic co-curricular initiatives from Orientation to Senior Week, advises the graduate student government, and supports student success through engagement, care, and conduct processes.
