Biography

I am a labor economist whose research concerns primarily the labor market outcomes of women.

My current research focuses on understanding the nature of the constraints that men and women face in labor markets, and their potentially heterogeneous implications on labor market outcomes. I am specifically interested in studying benefits and work arrangements that may improve the work-life balance of parents, including parental leave, remote work, schedule flexibility, childcare.
