Regine Paul is the director of finance and operations at the Center for Social Development and Education. In this role, Paul provides high-level strategic leadership and support for the financial and administrative goals of the center. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations, including supervision of business staff functions; maintaining the technological infrastructure, as well as overseeing the development of plans for the expanded use of technology. Paul manages the internal operations, including the determination and enforcement of staff policies and oversees the hiring and training of all staff within the center.

Paul received her master of business administration with a concentration in organizational leadership and change from the University of Massachusetts Boston and bachelor of science in health sciences with a concentration in physical therapy at the University of Hartford.
