Looking for a way to slow down and de-stress? Join University Health Services (UHS) for an in-person KORU Mindfulness drop-in session designed for college students and young adults. 

KORU Mindfulness is an introduction to mindfulness that focuses on simple, practical techniques to help manage stress and stay present. Each session includes easy mindfulness exercises like breathing, gentle movement, or short meditations - no experience needed!

This drop-in is open to the UMass Boston community. Come as you are, stay for what you can, and leave with tools you can use in everyday life.
