How to Access TerminalFour

  • Log in with the same ID and password you use for UMass Boston email.
  • Consider bookmarking the login page..

Log In to Terminalfour

Troubleshooting

If you get an error message "HTTP Status 401 – Unauthorized," first log out of the UMass Boston Single Sign-On email system and, then log back into Terminalfour. Single Sign-On is your UMass Boston email login and password.

Web Publishing Checklist

  • Spellcheck: Did you run a spellcheck?
  • Links: Do they work?
  • Link language: Action oriented language? Concise?
  • Writing: Review UMass Boston Web Writing Style Guide.
  • Plain Language: Are you using acronyms? Remember to write things out.
  • Headings: What is your content hierarchy note any blank spaces, could be an empty tag.
  • UX Check: Review your web page on your phone, share it with a friend how is that experience? Avoid tables.
  • Docs/Pdf: Review best practices for creating accessible documents and scan documents with YUJA before uploading to the website.
  • Images & Alt Text:  Did you check with a designer? Strongly recommend working with designers on all images.
  • Title field (H2): If multiple 'general content' elements are on a page, then fill this field out on only the first instance. For remaining headers use H3 and subsequent headers in the main body field.
